About the Client:
We work to prevent the loss of life on the coast and at sea. We produce legislation and guidance on maritime matters and provide certification to seafarers.
What Will Be Your Day to Day Responsibilities?
In your role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the National Business Unit Manager to maintain efficient business support and resource.
- Handle financial tasks, including processing accounts, invoices, and cash transactions
- Ensure compliance with company standards, engaging with finance and procurement teams to uphold governance.
- Complete administrative duties which will include assisting in audits, taking telephone calls, responding to emails and working on Excel inputting and extracting data.
