**Impactful Work**: Your work as a HR and Finance Assistant will directly contribute to the success and efficiency of James Ray Recruitment. Whether you're streamlining processes, assisting with payroll, or supporting employee engagement initiatives, you'll play a vital role in our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Finance Support**: Assist with accounts
payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.

**HR Administration**: Support the directors
with various administrative tasks.

**Payroll Processing**: Assist with payroll
administration, including timekeeping, payroll processing, and resolving
payroll-related inquiries.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with
HR and finance policies, procedures, and regulations. Assist with audits and
other compliance-related activities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,
Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR and/or finance roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
