We are looking for a talented Roving Deputy Hotel Manager to join our regional team in the Midlands who will drop in as a support manager when needed by our management at the different hotels across a geographical region. From Norfolk to North Lincolnshire, Stafford to Mid and North Wales, you will support at our beautiful coaching inns to cover holidays, absence etc and ideally will be based in the Midlands, drive and have your own transport.
This a field based position that is supporting a region of the Coaching Inn Group. You will get to experience different properties and varying styles of hotel operations, whilst supporting the management teams at each of these hotel. This role is a great stepping stone into a senior management position and your development will be invested in heavily. The role will involve over night stays in our hotels and travel across the region.

Who are we looking for?
- Career driven individuals who want to progress
- You will already have experience as a Deputy/ Operations / Food and Beverage Manager in a hotel or quality food operation
- Can work well within a team, but also with their own initiative
- Are comfortable with going into different hotels and quickly adapting to that team
- Experience with shift management and with team leadership
- An interest in delighting guests with memorable moments
