Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to join our small but friendly team, delivering two services to NHS staff across the Bradford and Airedale district.

The successful candidate will be required to predominantly work from New Mill with regular district wide site visits to attend meetings, events, workshops and carry out administrative tasks, with occasional working from home. As the dual service covers a broad range of offers and provisions, training will be provided. Administrative skills are required but role specific training will be given. Good communication skills and an understanding of confidentiality and sensitive information would be an advantage as a lot of the information discussed within the team is private and as a staff support service sensitivity is paramount.

Main duties of the job

The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Wellbeing@Work and Childcare Support Service team and support the provision of a range of programmes and initiatives. This includes salary sacrifice schemes, health and wellbeing initiatives, leadership development programmes, and childcare support initiatives.

Knowledge of staff support initiatives including health and wellbeing, childcare, carers and financial support is desirable.

GCSE English and Mathematics (A*-C) or equivalent experience Must be prepared to undertake relevant training to develop skills required to carry out duties NVQ3 or equivalent experience

Able to fulfil Occupational Health requirements for the post (with reasonable adjustments if necessary). Able to visit and transport merchandise collateral to different sites and NHS organisations across the Bradford and Airedale district as this role covers a vast geographical area.
