We are looking for a Governance Administration Assistant to join our governance team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Governance and Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Play an instrumental role in the Governance Team by providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the organisation’s governance meetings.
- Providing administrative support to the Governance Team and developing and managing effective office systems.
- Primary minute taker and administrative support for a range of governance meetings, ensuring the effective management of actions and matters arising from meetings and maintaining associated action logs.
- To support in organising Board and Committee Meetings and training events

**Requirements**:

- Ability to establish and maintain successful relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great time management skills and ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines
- Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret, summarise and convey complex information.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
