We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join the Estates and Support Services team on a part time permanent basis. We are looking for someone who can adapt quickly to meet the needs of the business, answering queries, resolving problems and liaising with staff members to offer a one stop resolution.

**18.5 hours per week. **Monday to Friday: either 10:00 - 14:00 / 10:30 - 14:30**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estate and Support Services team, including monitoring of work flows and productivity
- Be the first point of contact for customers, both face to face and over the phone, answering queries, resolving problems, liaising with other staff to offer our customers support and advice on our services
- Support Estate Services Management team by taking minutes within meetings
- Maintain and update computerised records and filing systems and complete all other clerical duties such as photocopying and the ordering of office supplies
- Receive and respond to customer queries and complaints
- Schedule staff rotas and organise works to be undertaken by Estates staff
- Provide information to colleagues and managers on Health and Safety matters such as pest control and asbestos

**Requirements**:

- Previous practical experience dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone, answering queries, resolving conflicts and problems
- General administration experience for example, filing, photocopying, scanning, handling confidential information
- Good IT skills in order to update computerised records and multiple systems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A willingness to learn and grow within the department through personal development
- A background working in or knowledge of the housing sector would be advantageous
