We are looking to recruit a Property Maintenance Apprentice to join our Westminster R&M Team based from our office in Goldney Road, W2 9AR.

As part of our Apprenticeship Academy recruitment, you will be required to attend our “Pre-Apprenticeship Program” held week commencing 29th July.

Your attendance is required for the full week, Monday 29th July to Thursday 1st August 9am to 3pm, and all candidates completing the program will be interviewed for our apprenticeships on Friday 2nd August.

About the Role .

Purpose:

Attending all required college training days, as required, you’ll have excellent demonstratable interpersonal skills and cultural awareness when dealing with colleagues, customers and clients, along with a sound understanding of internal processes, with the ability to apply them in working practices.

You’ll train to deliver the highest quality service within a specified discipline, working efficiently and safely, in line with best practice, whilst achieving excellent customer experience results.

About You

A positive, can-do attitude to work. Excellent customer service skills Able to work as part of a team. Capable of using your own initiative GCSE Maths and English which is grade 4-9 (C-A*) or Functional Skills Level 2 desirable.
