- **Equans is looking for an Property Maintenance Apprentice to join our team on site in Westminster, London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.**

**What will you deliver?**:
A role has become available on a prestigious government facilities management contract for a Building Fabric Apprentice.

The role is site based, covering one very large Grade II* listed government office building in Central London. The shift pattern is working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

**Who are we looking for?**:

- No previous experience or qualifications necessary although would be of benefit
- Ability to act on own initiative
- Full Clean Driving licence preferable
- Ability to work with different people
- Be practical and demonstrate good common sense
- Be proactive, driven and ambitious
- Possess good communication skills and be a team player
- Have the ability to manage their time effectively
- Have a flexible approach to working
- Have good common sense
- CTC clearance is a requirement of the contract
