Responsibilities include:

Leading Facilities Services within your building and supporting other campus buildings. Conducting regular building and environmental audits.  Managing waste removal, recycling, repairs, room setups and emergency responses. Performing weekly fire safety check and attending Operations and Health and Safety meetings.  Overseeing the CAFM system, adhering to KPI’s and SLA’s Providing contractor performance reports and conducting staff performance reviews.  Ensuring event spaces are properly arranged and maintained.  Liaising with stakeholders and participating in university events.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for candidates with:

A solid educational foundation in English and Maths Experience in facilities management and team supervision A track record of exceptional customer service Relevant training or experience in Health Safety practices Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft office, Teams.  Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities the capacity to manage unexpected situations and prioritise tasks effectively.
