Introduction:
Our Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC)program aims to identify lung cancer at its earliest stages, oftenbefore patients experience symptoms. This complimentary program isopen to individuals aged 55-74 with a history of smoking. Throughtelephone screening, we assess our patients' risk of developinglung cancer. Utilizing our advanced systems, we can pinpoint thoseat risk and, when necessary, schedule them for a CT scan to providepeace of mind or enable early detection.
What you willdo:
As a Customer ServiceAdvisor, your role involves reaching out to our patients,conducting thorough telephone screenings, and, as needed,coordinating appointments at conveniently located clinics formeetings with our dedicated Lung Health Nurses.
We areseeking Customer Service Advisors who are not only passionate anddriven but also possess the creativity to contribute to shaping thefuture of our services, making them the best in the country for thepatients weserve.
Duties:
- Arrange and undertake telephone triageappointments to establish risk scores and eligibility for furtherappointments.
- Ensure that patients are providedappointment dates/times suited to theirneeds.
- Receive and handle inbound calls frompatients looking to book or amendappointments
- Contact new patients to remindthem of their appointments.
- Responding to andactioning emails where needed
- Escalate anyissues as and when they arise.
- Maintainaccurate data on internal systems for reportingpurposes.
- Maintain and ensure observation ofrobust quality assurance measures to meet nationalstandards.
- Respond to patient queries regardingthe Lung Health Check process and theiroutcome.
- Be experienced in dealingwith customers and/or patients
- Educated to GCSEor equivalent Qualifications and or training/experience in PatientCare
- Understand the importance of patientconfidentiality and be aware of dataprotection
- Have excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Have a keen eye for detailwith relation to dataadministration
