We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team at InHealth Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough telephone screenings to assess patient risk and eligibility for further appointments.
  • Arrange and coordinate appointments at conveniently located clinics for meetings with our dedicated Lung Health Nurses.
  • Ensure accurate data entry on internal systems for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain robust quality assurance measures to meet national standards.
  • Respond to patient queries regarding the Lung Health Check process and their outcome.
Requirements
  • Experience in dealing with customers and/or patients.
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent qualifications and/or training/experience in Patient Care.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail with relation to data administration.
