Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Executive to join our team at InHealth Group. As a key member of our Lung Health Check program, you will play a vital role in identifying lung cancer at its earliest stages and providing peace of mind to our patients.

Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough telephone screenings to assess patients' risk of developing lung cancer
  • Coordinating appointments with our dedicated Lung Health Nurses at conveniently located clinics
  • Ensuring that patients are provided with appointment dates and times suited to their needs
  • Responding to and handling inbound calls from patients regarding their Lung Health Check process and outcome
  • Maintaining accurate data on internal systems for reporting purposes
  • Escalating any issues as and when they arise

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with customers and/or patients
  • Education to GCSE or equivalent qualifications and/or training/experience in patient care
  • A keen eye for detail with relation to data administration
  • Understanding of the importance of patient confidentiality and data protection
