Purpose of the Role:

Liberum seeks a candidate with experience in research document production to join our Production team. This multidisciplinary team of bright, creative, enthusiastic and highly skilled operators supports the entire firm with all of their communication requirements. As a Document Production Specialist, you will work alongside other members of the Production Team to consistently produce high-quality, on-brand material for external and internal publications. You will be expected to work efficiently and quickly to format and publish documents using Microsoft Office to meet tight deadlines. There are creative elements to the role, so skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign) would be desirable.

Reporting to: Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with financial analysts and publish time-sensitive MS Word-based investment research reports

Promptly produce and distribute error-free documents and presentations to Liberum’s corporate standard

Daily updates and checks of a wide variety of critical documents/systems/data

Ensure external and internal material and platforms (intranet, public website, cloud-based research distribution, emails, letters and more) meet our branding standards

Training and ongoing support for Microsoft Office packages and in-house research templates

Assist in the creation of presentations and pitchbooks

Ongoing data maintenance

Liaising with front office staff to provide support across a variety of tasks

Undertake projects as required

Ad-hoc tasks including printing and binding documents

Skills, Attributes and Credentials

Essential

Expert in Microsoft Office suite of applications

Previous experience using Research production and CRM systems

Excellent attention to detail

Able to demonstrate a proactive and innovative attitude to tasks with a logical approach to problem solving with the ability to prioritise key tasks to meet strict deadlines

Flexible approach to tasks and workload

Team player, with an ability to deal with all levels of seniority

Desirable

Experience with MediaSterling or other research authoring platform Experience with SingleTrack, DataZoic or other CRM systems

Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Cloud).

Experience in financial services

Employment Terms

Full-time, permanent contract

Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week, working as part of a shift pattern covering 6:45am– 7pm
