‍Zealous are working with an established integrated creative marketing agency who are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their talented team in Central Manchester. ‍

Working closely with the Commercial Director and the SLT, you will generate, manage and nurture leads and relationships across a variety of sectors.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be a key part of the agency's new growth, with the autonomy to develop new and existing client accounts as you see fit. You will lead on delivering the marketing activity that will generate and nurture new business leads, as well as forming a strategy for entering creative industry awards, project managing the quality of all submissions.

The right person will be driven, focused and have a clear vision of their strategy to succeed- you will be provided with any toolkit you require.

You'll need a creative marketing agency background to be able to spot opportunities as they arise, and have a full grasp of the agencies offering in order to manage work successfully and engage in a meaningful way with both internal and external stakeholders.
