We're on the lookout for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a powerhouse sales team who will be responsible for generating opportunities/vacancies within the industrial recruitment market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, career-minded, and ambitious individual to join one of the fastest growing recruitment companies disrupting the industry.

Location: North West. This is a hybrid role, with one to two days in the Bolton office.

Business Development Manager Salary: Salary open to negotiation depending on experience, Quarterly and end of year elite bonus

**About the Business Development Manager role**:

- You'll be supporting our National Resource Team (NRT), our industrial recruitment experts, in building their client portfolio. You'll be liaising with a variety of warehousing and production businesses, understanding their recruitment needs and providingeffective solutions; both face-face and virtual whilst using every opportunity to develop sales leads.
- You'll operate in 180 capacity, managing client requirements and passing these onto our delivery team in order to be fulfilled
- As a Business Development Manager, you will manage your own desk, taking ownership for your portfolio of clients
- You will manage a social media presence, effectively utilising platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook

**Who will you be?**
- A recruitment background, whether you've worked in business development, as a recruitment consultant or a branch manager - we want to hear from you
- B2B sales experience
- Ability to present well to clients
- Driving licence
- Experience in the industrial space is desirable but not essential
