Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Support Team Administrator to work with our Under 18's Eating Disorder Service, specifically the Intensive Day Treatment Service. This is a substantive post and working hours are 30 hours per week.
The post holder will be providing clinical, data and management administration support to all our clinicians, doctors and management within the team.
Good office based skills will be essential.
Full training will be provided.
Main duties of the job
You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience.
Customer service skills and full administration experience will be essential for this role. Audio typing skills would be beneficial as our Consultants may use digital audio equipment for their correspondence from time to time. The post hold will also be expected to attend meetings as required, take minutes to a high standard and follow up on any actions as necessary.
You will be joining a dedicated friendly team. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
Essential criteria: Previous administration experience, use of ICT applications/packages. Experience of working in a busy office and extensive knowledge of all Microsoft packages. Experience of using digital dictation for medic letters is desired, but training will be given. Diary management and minute taking skills are essential.

Job responsibilities
The role will focus on supporting the clinical team, including doctors, with entering and maintaining information to patient records as well as supporting service users with queries or other needs by telephone. To provide the best service to our Service Users the ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, to remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
