The Opportunity The Coaching team is looking for a  Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to work with executives at some of the largest companies in the market, helping them to progress their employees’ leadership skills, and achieve their strategic objectives through executive coaching. As a CRM you will focus on building and strengthening partnerships with clients and identifying needs, playing a significant role in client satisfaction, client retention and client growth. Key responsibilities Build and manage client relationship, with both local and global scope Be a trusted advisor to clients using a consultative approach, identifying new development needs and recommending solutions. Understand the HR/L&D customer market and bring to bear that knowledge in conversations with large local and international companies Write and deliver compelling proposals and pitch presentations, requiring a thorough knowledge of the client, the market and how our services stand out from competitors Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams; ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions to maximise customer value and ROI Follow up on client satisfaction, retention and growth metrics Inform clients about latest developments in our solutions, research and events  Build professional relationships with our community of coaches to mutually share knowledge, needs, and best practice to maximize value, quality, and innovation The skills & experience we look for At least 4 years’ experience managing complex consultative end-to-end B2B sales processes or client facing project management experience Knowledge of the executive education sector and corporate learning and development needs and solutions Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) Attention to detail is crucial Fluent in English, an additional language is a plus (French, German or Swedish) Passion for selling high quality solutions that deliver real business impact for clients  A Bachelor or master’s degree in business, Economics or a similar field is preferred Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus To thrive at Hult EF, you will: Have strong personal drive and energy Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a nothing is impossible mindset Excited by having ownership and autonomy Enjoy working in a fast-paced results-driven environment Be passionate about learning, language and being a change-maker With campuses and offices in over 50 countries, including the beautiful Ashridge House outside London, we offer a truly global and collaborative environment.Whoever you are, whatever you are passionate about—we welcome you and want you to bring that to work every day.
