We are hiring aRegional Marketing Specialist to planand execute awareness and lead generation activities that generatesales pipeline for our UKI market one of the largest regionsglobally as well as lead the marketing strategy for the growing ANZregion.

As a Regional Marketing Specialist youwill be part of the Regional Marketing Team which is responsiblefor orchestrating all regional marketing activities in our six keyregions. This includes events webinars product launch campaigns andany other local marketing initiatives. You will report to theRegional Marketing Manager UKI/ANZ and work closely with otherregional marketers and global team members from brand and growthmarketing teams. You will partner up with our regional BusinessDevelopment team to set winning game plans and priorities to meetour growth targets for the UKI & ANZmarkets.

Youll join a supportive effective andmissionoriented team in a flexible friendly work environment andhave a great deal of autonomy in your role. Youll work with a veryinternational team and will also support other functions whennecessary.

This fulltime permanentposition is available on a remote basis for candidates based in theUK.

What you willdo:
  • Plan and implement effectivemarketing strategies and programs for the UKI & ANZ marketswith strong focus on the growing manufacturingvertical.
  • Manage virtual and inperson eventscontent multichannel campaigns and other local marketinginitiatives across the region to drivedemand.
  • Plan develop and deliver multichannelcontent that addresses audience needs and positions One Click LCAas the solution of choice for decarbonisation inconstruction.
  • Align closely with the globalmarketing teams to adapt and leverage brand and growth campaignsfor maximum benefit inregion.
  • Ensure we achieveour revenue targets by tracking weekly regional funnel performance(MQL SQL Pipeline) and proactively addressing potential gaps andgrowth opportunities.
  • Work closely with themembers of the Business Development Team to align on joint goalsand outputs to ensure targets are met.
  • Stayabreast of local construction sustainability requirementsregulations and trends in order to identify relevantopportunities.
What youneed:
  • 3 years experience in B2Bmarketing ideally in a SaaSenvironment.
  • Understanding of the UKI marketinglandscape gained from at least 3 years experience of living andworking in the region.
  • Direct experienceplanning and executing demand generation campaigns againstmeasurable goals.
  • Event management experienceorganising own events as well as sponsorships at 3rd party tradeshows and networking events.
  • Strong writing andcommunication skills in English.
  • Excellentbusiness sense and general marketingacumen.
  • Clear direct timely and relevantcommunication style.
  • Good cooperationskills.
  • Understanding of and passion forsustainability ideally in the construction sector but willingnessand demonstrable ability to get up to speed with the sector is moreimportant than prior experience.
  • Handsonattitude and a drive to get things done and to find practicalsolutions.
