LAH provide front of house receptionists and marketing representatives for premium commercial office schemes, working with Landlords, Investors and Property Management Companies. We’ve been established for over 35 years and as an independent, nationwide business, we recognise the importance of everyone who works for us.

What we’re looking for

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Assistant, to join our London / South team. You will work on a mobile basis throughout the region to provide a vital administrative resource to the Regional Director and Regional Manager, whilst also supporting the on site reception teams.

Hours and Salary

3 days per weekl - 8 hours per day 

(*hours / start times may vary to meet business needs). Flexibility needed to support reception cover or emergency requests.

£19,194 per annum
Key ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll be doing
  • You’ll be highly organised, supporting the Regional Director and Manager to run day to day processes, managing operational documents; shared files; H&S procedures and welfare assessments across the region
  • You’ll learn how to use and manage our in-house system to enable holiday planning and absence management for the region
  • You will enjoy assisting our reception teams with site documents including content  for an internal communication platform, copy checking of weekly reports and proof-reading site newsletter
  • You will build relationships with the regional reception teams and the head office operation team
  • You’ll accompany the Regional Manager on welfare visits to reception teams and/or visit independently. You will also be willing to learn about their role and to step-in and help with reception cover in emergency situations – so flexibility and being a real team player is a key
  • You’ll enjoy taking on ad hoc regional projects and like to explore new ‘ways of working’ – contributing to ideas for improving regional efficiencies
  • You’ll be mobile and work remotely (at home or at one of our reception locations)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven experience in people management, administration and customer service
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and confident using social media/apps
  • Strong administration skills
  • Organised with great time management 
  • Comfortable working unsupervised and remotely (home /site)
  • Not fazed by independent travel to regional locations
  • A positive personality and a real team player 
  • Enjoy meeting and assisting colleagues 
  • Flexible and adaptable 
  • Immaculately presented - represent LAH
  • You will work on a mobile basis within the region - home working/at one of the sites
