- Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Merchandise Management (35%)- Work with Senior Merchandiser to deliver seasonal and continuity allocations strategies at regional level
- Ensure in season top line OTB management aligns to planned regional strategies
- Support the regional teams in achieving KPIs through enhanced stock allocations
- Protect the EIP customer by ensuring optimum service levels are achieved through premier delivery
- Create smart ways of working that enhance the role of the core B&M team
- Reporting (35%)- Work with Senior Merchandiser to create new reporting library for accurate monitoring of OTB at regional level
- Maintain accuracy of reports and share in season updates
- Provide lessons learnt and supportive analysis to direct the regional strategies
- Track and report on premier uptake
- Carry out sizing analysis to support optimum local assortment
- Relationship Management and communication (30%)- Key point of contact with internal teams for regional allocation guidelines
- Establish and foster cross functional and regional relationships
- Deputise in Senior Merchandiser’s absence
- Liaise with regional teams to gather feedback and share knowledge
- Clear communication with your team to ensure alignment and clarity of tasks
