Role Overview:
PIB Group has an exciting new opportunity to work within Specialty Divisions’ Broking and Placement team

The Regional Broking Assistant will work alongside the Regional Broking Directors. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career within insurance and get the opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. You will be a good communicator and demonstrate strong numeracy and analytical skills.

**Responsibi**lities**:

- Support the Regional Broking Directors (RBD’s) with general broking duties as well as specific projects as and when they arise.
- Work closely with the Chief Broking Officer and alongside the London Market Broking Team as required.
- Build and maintain close internal working relationships across the Divisions’ offices (with support from RBD’s) and in particular our developing Broking Manager community.
- Understand and keep up to date with evolving Panels and the Partner Market structure to support Smart Placement
- Attend internal and external meetings as and when required.
- Collate feedback &/or data from across the region and prepare any necessary reports.

**Experience**:

- Strong Relationship Skills
- Confident communicator with professional presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and take on board helpful information.
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent time management skill
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
