As part of the newly established Membership & Personalisation team at the LEGO Group, you’ll be managing and optimising CRM campaigns to drive visitation, revenue and overall engagement.

Please note the work location is in London, UK and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

As the CRM Campaign Operations Specialist at The LEGO Group, you will manage and support CRM campaigns to drive engagement and sales across LEGO-branded channels, including trigger-led programs.

You will ensure campaigns are driven to the highest standards, aligning with CRM goals and objectives while meeting both briefs and member needs. You bring strong organisational skills, a data-driven mentality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Execute and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or any other CRM tooling), including data selections, content, segmentation, personalisation, automation and QA,
  • Ensure your campaigns deliver objectives including drive visitation, engagement and overall commercial impact.
  • Work within best practices for CRM campaign operations, including data selections, content selection, testing, and execution.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of campaign content, ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the highest standards with accurate and disciplined quality assurance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CRM operations.

You will report to the Senior Manager, CRM Campaign & Journey Development within the LEGO CRM Hub.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in CRM campaign operations or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering effective CRM campaigns.
  • Good understanding of CRM platforms and campaign management tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diligent with strong organisational abilities.
