THE COMPANY

This global travel company offers beautiful experiences for a variety of different audiences, and they are looking for a CRM Specialist to join the team on a mat cover, but due to business growth this may become permanent after 12 months


THE ROLE

As a Global CRM Campaign Specialist, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Developing, deploying and testing on multi-channel campaigns across the whole customer lifecycle
  • Working with Taxi for Email and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver campaigns globally
  • Working closely with the creative teams to create copy
  • Analysing campaign performance and generating insights to improve future campaigns
  • Collaborating with a variety of different stakeholders across the business

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is essential
  • B2C experience is also essential, and B2B experience is a plus
  • Experience working in a global role is a plus
  • Ampscript and HTML experience is a plus
  • SQL experience is by no means necessary but a nice to have
