Job Description

As a Commercial CRM & Online Marketing Executive at Global, you will play a key role in bringing the Global Brand to life for B2B stakeholders across the UK's leading media brands, media agencies, and outdoor specialist agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Showpad and Commercial Hub sales enablement platform, working with senior stakeholders to manage content upload, training, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute PAID campaigns across LinkedIn and META platforms to support marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Marketing Team to keep the Global B2B website updated with the latest content.
  • Work with SEO consultants to deliver on the SEM strategy and ensure global.com attracts business-generating traffic and leads.
  • Manage the distribution of Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) using Pardot, including gathering and writing content, sharing for approvals, and compiling reports to monitor response rates.
  • Work with the Sales teams to generate leads and track campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage website, Showpad, and Intranet maintenance and updates.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce/Pardot strategy and integration to ensure accurate ROI tracking across all marketing activity.
  • Manage campaign implementation, including automated marketing.
  • Track and manage CRM database growth and performance.
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build and maintain strong business partner relationships across relevant areas and with external clients.
Requirements
  • Digital savvy with a keen desire to use and integrate new technologies and systems into the Marketing function.
  • Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and its importance in driving business-generating traffic.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial and marketing role, preferably in a medium-sized company or multinational environment, with B2B experience.
  • Strong MS Office (or Mac equivalent) skills, especially Excel.
  • Online copywriting experience, ideally across websites and PPC adverts.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and/or integrated Marketing Automation software.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Ability to apply project planning principles to manage multiple projects and work streams.
  • Knowledge of the media market.
  • Strong communication skills with a diverse audience.
  • Able to identify potential problems, evaluate solutions, and implement measures to overcome them.
