We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving revenue growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for numbers, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:


Trend Analysis and Forecasting:

  • Analyse trends for all revenue streams/hotels and provide detailed analysis to assist in forecasting.


Market Intelligence Gathering:

  • Work with all relevant BI tools and gather market intelligence to support the Revenue Manager and Management team.


Distribution Process Improvement:

  • Assist in setting up distribution processes and improving standards and procedures.


Strategic Participation:

  • Attend strategy meetings and assist in providing analysis and support for the annual budgeting process.


Reporting and Presentations:

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on revenue performance and trends.


Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct analysis and provide insights and feedback to the revenue manager, sales, and management teams.



Requirements


  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with BI software.
  • Familiarity with systems and distribution channels such as PMS, Atomise (or similar), SiteMinder, GDS, and OTA extranets.
  • Experience in a property revenue role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data effectively.
