What you will do in this role

As a Customer Support Advisor on our team you will:

Partner with our esteemed client, a leading supplier in the Healthcare Industry, to assist customers with any faults or queries with their equipment.
Providing updates & arranging engineers to fault find & fix any faults.
Become an expert in providing solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do
Embrace flexible working options that suit your lifestyle

We are specifically looking for candiates with experience in Workforce management, Diary Management or Facilities management.
