About the Role:

Are you an experienced National Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, then this National Account Manager role in our consumer products channel serving FMCG accounts could be the perfect opportunity for you

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with key national accounts in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector. You will be the primary point of contact for these accounts, developing strategic partnerships that drive sales growth and achieve ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key national accounts, including major retailers and distributors.

• Conduct in-depth customer analysis to understand their needs, challenges, and buying behaviours.

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize sales growth, profitability, and market share.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

• Manage and forecast sales budgets and pipelines for assigned accounts.

• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and develop winning sales strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to influence buying decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar role within the FMCG industry (3+ years)

• Strong understanding of the FMCG market dynamics, consumer trends, and retail landscape.

• A track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving profitable growth.

• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel nationally for client meetings.
