National Account Manager - Waitrose

Package: Up to c.£50k + Company Car & bonus

Location: Berkshire


Our client, a leading branded CPG business is looking to add a National Account Manager to the team, focussing on Waitrose.


In this role, you will manage a Key National Account for the business using industry and category insights to provide a competitive advantage. The role is well-positioned for growth in the business and will play a key role in developing and optimising the Waitrose National Account.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a top national account to achieve core business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute category vision & sales strategies.
  • Drive growth through innovative and strategic account management.
  • Analyse market trends and customer data to inform decision-making.
  • Be involved in key negotiations and strategic change agreements.


About You:

  • Proven experience in managing a key national account.
  • Experience in a branded CPG environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious and looking to progress your career.
  • Previous experience with P/L management and key National Account negotiations.
