The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Marketer to become a true brand champion for our market leading noodle brand, Lucky Boat. With a fantastic brand heritage dating back 45 years and the No1 brand of choice for Chinese restaurants and takeaways, you will take ownership of the Lucky Boat brand strategy, P&L and budget. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager you will also be expected to play a proactive role in supporting the development, delivery and evaluation of other brands within the South East Asian sector, whilst leading and managing exciting NPD projects and all marketing campaigns to enhance profit and market share under the Lucky Boat brand.

Who are we looking for?

A passionate, commercially astute individual with demonstrable FMCG brand management experience, ideally gained working with culturally diverse organisations and consumer groups in global foods. With a genuine interest in the UK South East Asian market and in diverse cultures, you will be able to evidence your proficiency in brand building and planning strategies, whilst effective project management skills and the ability to think creatively are also key attributes to succeed in this role. Experience in campaign executions and creating new product concepts and seeing them through to launch would also be advantageous.

With accomplished communication, prioritisation and organisational skills, your stakeholder management capability means that you will excel at influencing and marshalling resources to get things done, whilst also being equally comfortable analysing data and applying insight to maximise new business opportunities.
