There is a fantastic opportunity to join the Manufacturing Team as a Shift Leaders at the Enfield site. You must have a flexible approach to working our rotating shift pattern of AM shift (6am-3pm) and PM shift (3pm-11pm) Monday to Friday. At times, there will also be the opportunity to work additional hours before and after shift as well as at weekends.
You should be a natural leader, able to engage and motivate a team of people whilst setting clear health and safety, quality and food safety standards. You will also be a proven problem solver and have a track record of driving efficiency and achieving savings through continuous improvement within a Food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be required to cover lead the shift-based teams across our spices and oil departments.
