You will have a demonstrable track record of working within a team and using your own initiative to drive performance and be reliable with an excellent work ethic. You will also need to be flexible to complete various tasks on an ad hoc basis. You must have a flexible approach to working on different lines and different tasks across the production area. You must have a flexible approach to working our rotating shift pattern of AM shift (6am-3pm) and PM shift (3pm-11pm) Monday to Friday. At times, there will also be the opportunity to work additional hours before and after shift as well as at weekends. Full training will be provided.
