What you’ll do
For key named Vodafone customers, you will be accountable for maintaining and developing an industry leading end to end service experience and ensuring that the Customer’s contractual service performance is measured and delivered within the appropriate parameters.
You will be driving a culture of continuous improvement that constantly seeks to improve positive customer outcomes, eliminate waste and increase efficiency, productivity and performance.
Successful candidates must be able to achieve developed vetting (DV) clearance and be a UK National.
You will be:
Accountable for dealing with customer complaints accurately, professionally and with empathy within the agreed Service Level agreements, including attending some customer meetings where required. Maintaining and supporting the end-to-end management of account set up and billing arrangements, ensuring the Customer is aligned and contracted to the appropriate service model. Periodically test the internal routines to ensure the necessary processes and resource is in place Dealing with Customer migrations and porting activities. Maintaining existing customer relationship and act as trusted advisor for Vodafone in all customer interactions, understanding the customer’s business and how Vodafone add value Managing understanding, measuring and continually improve Customer KPI’s related to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.Who you are
You will have:
An ability to translate business insights/objectives and strategies into specific goals and rigorously implement plans without compromising on standards. A strong bias for action; delivering against time, quality and cost. The ability to work under pressure with accuracy A keen eye for details to ensure customer reporting and communication are accurate. Experience in analysing information, understanding and identifying problems /trends to enable implementation of the necessary course of action to achieve the desired outcome. Excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills and able to sell a compelling vision. Ability to work under minimal supervision, as well as handle difficult and sensitive situations by making sound and independent judgements against competing deadlines.-
