Main duties of the job

TheCentral Services team leader role Providingleadership for the Medical Secretaries, (HR non clinical responsibilities forARRS roles), Care Coordinators, Social Prescribers and other staff delivering acentralised service to Practices within the Division.

Therole is not a regular 9am-5pm job and is not a traditional typing onlysecretariat role. The postholder will berequired to work with various referral portals to ensure accurate and relevantreferrals are made. The job requiresinnovation, flexibility, and commitment and the postholder will be required towork resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks are completed.
