Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Shifts: Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring all customers enjoy fast, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Food and Coffee Quality: Ensure customers are served appetizing and tasty products made to the company's recipe specification.
  • Shop Environment: Maintain a clean and welcoming shop environment with tidy and abundant displays.
  • Food Hygiene and Safety: Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Training and Retention: Help build a strong team to grow and progress with the company, providing support and guidance to new and trainee team members.
  • Security and Controls: Ensure cash control and profit protection measures are in place, and report any concerns to the management team.
  • Performance Measures:
    • P&L results: control of food cost and wastage on shift.
    • Health and Safety audit results.
    • Profit protection check scores.
    • EHO scores.
    • Mystery Shopper results.

Requirements:
