About the Coach Practice ?

The coach practice within BTS focuses on providing coaching journeys that help to shift individual mindsets in order to support individuals to realise their potential and be at their best.

This can be a stand-alone journey or increasingly as part of a broader BTS experience.

Our solutions can be delivered as one to one coaching, small group coaching or team coaching. What unites all 3 is a belief in the importance of mindset in order to create sustained and impactful behaviour change.

We have 3 main areas of focus

Coaching journeys: as coaching provider of choice or as part of a broader solution, either flexible or supported by leading edge content. Working with individuals to enable them to shine and thrive. Leader as coach: this is our coaching capability program and equips leaders with a coaching mindset and the skills and confidence to approach every leadership conversation in a coaching style. Team coaching: seeing the team as an entity that goes beyond a combination of individuals and supporting them to move from functioning to transforming.

What you’ll do in your role as a consultant ?

Develop and manage client relationships, handling coaching requests and ensuring maximum engagement and impact Collaborate with internal account leads to optimize coaching initiatives, working with top global corporations to shape their leadership capabilities and culture Support the Coach Centre of Expertise team by creating marketing collateral and best practice process guides to promote consistency and share insights Work collaboratively with the Coach Centre of Expertise team by developing marketing materials and best practice guidelines to maintain consistency and share knowledge Act as a vital link between coaches, operations teams, and clients, while ensuring stakeholders are updated and collaborate to manage any challenges Lead diverse coaching projects, working with other experts to integrate coaching into broader development journeys Embrace variety, managing multiple projects across industries while honing your project management and process improvement skills You will hold your own clients where we are the coaching provider of choice.

What will your day look like?

Develop toolkit and process map to boost coaching agreements engagement Manage individual coaching requests and lead integrated development journeys Create and maintain coach collateral to support sales and improve team efficiency Liaise with the coach quality team to ensure consistency and effective briefings Analyze coach data for client-specific insights Support account managers in creating proposals and securing new work Collaborate with the coach COE team to enhance product offerings Contribute to program design with practice leaders, integrating coaching into broader proposals

You'll need a degree or relevant experience willingness to travel, and eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship. We do not provide working visas.
