Job summary
This is an excitingopportunity for a Deputy Practice Manager to help lead and develop our newlymerged practice team of 60+ staff who deliver our services, from four practicesites, to 30,000 ethnically and economically diverse patients located in OxfordCity. We are a very friendly practicewhich values mutual support, communication, and learning. We are focused on thewellbeing of our staff and are Investors in People. We hold regular whole teamevents in work, staff activities out of work, and weekly yoga sessions inperson or online. We are a single practice PCN.
Main duties of the job
Your key duties willbe to lead on Human Resources and managing staff. This will include recruitmentand training. In these tasks you will be supported by DCL Business Services,who provide specialist HR support. Other duties include managing complaints andensuring a smooth day to day running of the business. You will also lead onHealth and Safety policies and ensuring that the practice is fully compliantwith the CQC requirements.
