Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Deputy Practice Manager to join our team at St Bartholomew's Medical Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver high-quality patient care and develop our team to its full potential.

Main Responsibilities

Your key duties will include leading on Human Resources and managing staff, ensuring a smooth day-to-day running of the business, and collaborating with IT services. You will also be responsible for managing complaints, leading on Health and Safety policies, and ensuring the practice is fully compliant with CQC requirements.
