Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Deputy Practice Manager to join our team at St Bartholomew's Medical Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver high-quality patient care and develop our practice to meet the needs of our diverse patient population.

Main Responsibilities

As Deputy Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading on Human Resources and staff management, including recruitment, training, and employee development. You will also oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with CQC requirements. Additionally, you will lead on Health and Safety policies and collaborate with IT services to ensure seamless integration of systems.
