Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Deputy Practice Manager to join our team at St Bartholomew's Medical Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver high-quality patient care and develop our team to its full potential.

Main Responsibilities

As Deputy Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading on Human Resources and managing staff, including recruitment and training. You will also manage complaints and ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the business. Additionally, you will lead on Health and Safety policies and ensure that the practice is fully compliant with CQC requirements. You will collaborate with IT services and must have good communication skills.

St Bartholomew's Medical Centre is a friendly and supportive practice that values mutual support, communication, and learning. We are a single practice PCN and are committed to the wellbeing of our staff. We hold regular whole team events, staff activities out of work, and weekly yoga sessions in person or online. We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team and help us achieve our vision for delivering holistic care to our patients.
