Our HR support Level 3 Programme is all about developing the skills required to become a subject matter expert. From day one, you'll take on real responsibility with a supportive culture that helps you get the most out of your time as an Apprentice, whilst building on your stakeholder management skills

18 month structured Programme with our Partner SR Apprenticeships Early accountability and fast progression Regular performance feedback and personal growth planning through a structured learning plan. Contribute to 2050 mission of zero emissions. The opportunity to network with the wider Graduate and Apprentice population. Give back to the community through by helping achieve the vision to end youth unemployment

Logistics is more than getting the product from A to B. Our Data Teams assist the operational and Functional Teams in creating meaningful data which allows informed decisions to be made to ensure we are operating with financial and KPI agreed terms.

WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL I DO?

Working within our HR Team you will work with a passionate team who support the Business with Human Resources and People Processes. the role will involve travel to multiple locations and expenses will paid in line with our Expenses Policy.

Local communications Respond to urgent matters at any time, and escalate issues to the appropriate person. Key Event planning/management Collations of data /business packs for meeting Cross collaboration of multiple stakeholders To ensure relationships with customers are maintained and continuously developed. Supporting our sites to drive the HR agenda Supporting and facilitating site recruitment Supporting the Co-ordination of the annual Performance and Talent Cycle Champion employee engagement and use your initiative to find opportunities for continuous improvement

WHAT WILL I LEARN ON MY APPRENTICESHIP?

Inter personal skills Communications Planning and organisation Project Management Business fundamentals Managing performance Adaptability and responsibility and many more

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

Great communication skills Analytical mind. Eagerness to learn

WHAT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED?

You must have achieved in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above/4-9 or have a achieved Level 2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics Must be fluent in English As part of the HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded apprenticeship programme Must have a full uk driving license and the ability to travel across the UK Flexibility to respond to last minute requests

Compensation:

£21,000 per annum starting salary. As an Apprentice your salary will increase throughout the programme.

After your programme you will transition into the Alumni community to continue the growth of your career. 

WORKING WEEK: hours Mon-fri ( 30 mins unpaid break each day)
