Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of HR and kick-start your journey towards becoming a seasoned HR professional? We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Apprentice to join our team based in Derby

As a HR Apprentice you will embark on an exciting adventure where learning meets hands-on experience. Imagine being a vital part of a team that shapes the heart of our business. You will play an integral role in shaping our company culture, supporting our talented workforce, and contributing to the overall success of our firm.

We would love to support you to complete the Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship qualification which will help you to develop a range of skills required within HR including HR analytics, remote working and use of technology, project management skills, wellbeing at work, flexible working, HR and business ethics, reward management and performance management.

***The important work you will be doing**:

- Assist in preparing and maintaining HR-related documents, such as letters and policies, whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date team member records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
- Support the HR team in addressing employee queries and basic issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist in organising training sessions, workshops, and learning activities for team members
- Collaborate with HR team to manage employee benefits enrolment, changes, and related enquiries

**The skills and experience you will bring**:

- GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4-9)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proactive and eager to learn about HR practices and principles
- Basic understanding of HR concepts is advantageous
