About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be a hands-on team player who role models the B&M way of working to your team You’ll support in delivering fantastic store standards every day and will work closely with your Store Manager to maximise the performance of your store. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with your team, setting the pace & leading by example
To Be Successful, You Will:

It's essential that applicants have the following:
Management experience within a fast-paced and high turnover Retail or Hospitality environment Experience managing medium to large sized teams A history of working towards & successfully delivering KPI’s Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends & bank holidays Experience within an FMCG/big box environment is preferable, but not essentialDo you think this sounds like the ideal role for you?
