JobSummary:

Reportingdirectly to the IT Infrastructure Services Manager the ProjectManager willhave

responsibilityfor this specific shortterm project plan to consult on design andcoordinate the implementation of facilities available within theMicrosoft 365 suite of products and associatedtechnologies.

In addition thepost holder will develop and coordinate workflow processes andtemplates in relation to policies that are required withinMicrosoft 365 and associated technologies to ensure compliance withData Protection and the IT SecurityPolicies.

KeyDuties/Accountabilities:

In consultationwith the appropriate manager and project board define the scope ofthe project.

Create adetailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activitiesneeded to successfully complete theproject.

Develop aschedule and work flows for project completion that effectivelyallocates the resources to the activities and review with seniormanagement and all other staff that will be affected by the projectactivities; revise the schedule asrequired.

The post holderwill be assigned project support staff during the lifetime of theproject and will be responsible to allocate review and check thequality of specific pieces of work undertaken bythem.

The post holderwill be responsible for determining and implementing workflowprocedure and testing for Microsoft 365 for use by IT Services andthe organisation. The key steps in each workflow will be determinedby the post holder in consultation with the relevant ITspecialist.

Implement theproject according to the projectplan.

Develop formsand records to document project activities and set up files toensure that all project information is appropriately documented andsecured and develop a comprehensive User Guide as part of theongoing support for the system andusers.

Monitor theprogress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensurethe successful completion of theproject.

Establish acommunication schedule to update the project board and ServiceManager including and appropriate staff in the organisation on theprogress of the project including written (monthly) reports formanagement.

Review thequality of the work completed with the project board on a regularbasis to ensure that it meets the projectstandards.

Ensure that theproject deliverables are on time and at the required level ofquality.

Evaluate theoutcomes of the project as established during the planningphase

EssentialExperienceRequired:

Experience ofwriting plans reports and procedures delivering presentations andfacilitating workshops isessential.

experienceworking on and implementing change projects isessential.

EssentialQualificationRequired:

Educated toHND/or Degree level in a relevant discipline or proven relevantexperience isessential.

Relevantqualification in Project or Delivery Management or provenexperience in implementing change projects isessential.

Relevantbusiness process design and / or user centreddesign accreditationisdesirable.

Additionalinformation tonote:

Working hours:22.50 hours per week.
