Job Summary

The CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 suite of products and associated technologies. The successful candidate will have responsibility for developing and coordinating workflow processes and templates to ensure compliance with Data Protection and IT Security Policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a detailed project plan, identifying and sequencing activities needed to successfully complete the project.
  • Create a schedule and workflows for project completion, allocating resources effectively and reviewing with senior management and affected staff.
  • Assign and manage project support staff, reviewing and checking the quality of their work.
  • Determine and implement workflow procedures and testing for Microsoft 365, in consultation with IT specialists.
  • Implement the project according to the plan, developing forms and records to document project activities and setting up files to ensure project information is secured.
  • Monitor progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
  • Establish a communication schedule to update the project board and Service Manager on project progress, including written reports.
  • Review the quality of work completed with the project board, ensuring it meets project standards.
  • Evaluate project outcomes as established during the planning phase.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in writing plans, reports, and procedures, delivering presentations, and facilitating workshops is essential.
  • Experience working on and implementing change projects is essential.
  • Educated to HND or Degree level in a relevant discipline or proven relevant experience is essential.
  • Relevant qualification in Project or Delivery Management or proven experience in implementing change projects is essential.
  • Relevant business process design and/or user-centered design accreditation is desirable.
