About the Role:

The Permanency and Pathways Team at 5 Star Recruitment is seeking two experienced social workers to join our team in an exciting time of development and transformation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Looked After Children and their families, working within the statutory framework of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act and other relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage care plans and permanent care arrangements for Looked After Children
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and carers
  • Contribute to the development of in-house residential services and the transformation of services for children and families
