About the Role

CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Project Lead to spearhead a short-term project focused on implementing Microsoft 365 solutions and associated technologies. Reporting directly to the IT Infrastructure Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, coordinating, and delivering this transformative initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining activities, timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to the plan and timely completion of tasks.
  • Oversee the implementation of Microsoft 365 workflows and processes, aligning with data protection and IT security policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, providing updates on project status, achievements, and challenges.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading and delivering successful change projects within a technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of products and associated technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • HND/Degree level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Relevant Project or Delivery Management qualification or demonstrable experience.
