Job Summary:

The Digital Transformation Officer will be responsible for consulting on design and coordinating the implementation of facilities available within the Microsoft 365 suite of products and associated technologies. This role will involve developing and coordinating workflow processes and templates in relation to policies that are required within Microsoft 365 and associated technologies to ensure compliance with Data Protection and the IT Security Policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the scope of the project in consultation with the appropriate manager and project board.
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
  • Develop a schedule and work flows for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities and review with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities.
  • Implement the project according to the project plan.
  • Develop forms and records to document project activities and set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Requirements:

  • Experience of writing plans, reports, and procedures, delivering presentations, and facilitating workshops is essential.
  • Experience working on and implementing change projects is essential.
  • Educated to HND or Degree level in a relevant discipline or proven relevant experience is essential.
  • Relevant qualification in Project or Delivery Management or proven experience in implementing change projects is essential.

Working Arrangements:

This role is fully remote and requires 22.50 hours of work per week.
