Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 suite of products and associated technologies within our organization. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, change management, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a detailed project plan to consult on design and coordinate the implementation of Microsoft 365 suite of products and associated technologies.
  • Define the scope of the project, create a detailed work plan, and develop a schedule and workflows for project completion.
  • Allocate and review the quality of specific pieces of work undertaken by project support staff.
  • Implement workflow procedures and testing for Microsoft 365 for use by IT Services and the organization.
  • Develop forms and records to document project activities and set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Establish a communication schedule to update the project board and Service Manager on the progress of the project.
Requirements
  • Experience of writing plans, reports, and procedures, delivering presentations, and facilitating workshops.
  • Experience working on and implementing change projects.
  • Relevant qualification in Project or Delivery Management or proven experience in implementing change projects.
  • Relevant business process design and/or user-centered design accreditation is desirable.
Working Arrangements

This is a part-time role working 22.50 hours per week. The role is fully remote.
