Job summary

The Tertiary Medicine 2 Division are looking to recruit a part time Administration Co-ordinator, to work alongside the TM2 secretarial team.

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual, who will work as part of the team, providing a high level of administrative support to the clinical and secretarial team. You must possess good communication skills; have the ability to effectively work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative, proven organisational skills, an excellent telephone manner and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.

You will be an important part of the TM2 team, working in a rewarding environment. This key role will involve coordinating of emails and incoming calls to the service and will assist in the day-to-day administration workload.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for effective administration duties, booking patient appointments, email coordinating, call handling, and other administrative must have previous office based experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

You must possess good communication skills; have the ability to effectively work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative, proven organisational skills and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
