Equans is looking for an Partnership Co-ordinator to join our team in Salford M50 on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.50 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Main Purpose

The Partnerships Co-Ordinator will lead on the collation of client data and market research and work with internal teams to adopt a culture of continuous improvement to achieve business excellence and become our clients partner of choice across the North West.

Key Accountabilities

Conducting market research to identify market trends and new business development opportunities.
Lead on the collation and analysis of client satisfaction data
Produce internal reports using salesforce and other internal tools
Collate data from different sources to produce reports identifying key area of improvement that positively impact on the client experience.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through facilitation of workshops, meetings and training
Implement continuous improvement activities in alignment with strategic initiatives and objectives
Facilitation of the Client Excellence strategy, by review of processes, systems, and procedures
Providing effect administrative support for the Client Excellence and Business Development team including liaising with clients
Work closely with teams in the North West to provide client focused solutions
Engage with other regions to share best practice

Experience

Self-motivated with a proven ability to plan and handle several tasks to meet deadlines
Experience in a co-ordinator role
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills
Flexibility and a capacity to manage change
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Capability to efficiently analyse data
Willingness to learn
BSc in a recognised degree (Desirable)
